Structural Health & Compliance Audits

On-site structural condition assessment for existing buildings, along with fire safety, CCTV and monitoring system recommendations for commercial, hospitality and heritage properties.

Buildings age, loads change and construction quality varies. A structural health and compliance audit gives you an honest picture of the current condition of your building and what, if anything, needs to be done.

Our engineers inspect the structure, record observations with photographs, run suitable tests where needed and deliver a clear report with prioritised recommendations, so you can act with confidence.

Frequently asked questions

When should I get a structural audit done?

For ageing buildings, before buying or renting a property, before adding floors, after fire, flooding or an earthquake, or when you notice cracks, leakage or sagging.

How long does an audit take?

A residential audit is often completed within a few days of the site visit. Larger buildings and testing take longer.

Will the audit damage my building?

Most checks are non-destructive and cause no damage. If any sampling is needed, we explain it first.

What will I receive at the end?

A written report with findings, photographs, conclusions and recommended actions, with the most urgent ones highlighted.

Can you also carry out the repairs?

Yes. We can plan and execute the recommended repair and strengthening work, or hand the report to a contractor of your choice.
