JU Roof Designers is a team of civil engineers, architects and design experts. We handle house planning, structural design, construction, interiors, renovation and consultation — and we take on turnkey projects, so one team is responsible for your build from start to finish.

We believe house planning should be a joyful journey, not a stressful one. That is why we treat every client like family and start every project with a conversation, not a blueprint.

How We Work

Architecture is more than drawing plans.

Real architecture is about understanding lifestyles, dreams and emotions. We ask how you imagine your mornings at home, whether you want sunlight in the kitchen, and whether you dream of a rooftop garden for evening tea — and then shape the house around the answers.

We use real-life examples and 3D visualisations so you can see your future home before it is built, and we handle the paperwork and approvals so you don't have to.

Our Promise

Three things every project holds to.

Honest advice

What's best for you

We recommend what suits your needs and budget — not what is expensive — and explain the pros and cons of every material.

Your design

Reflecting you, not us

Every design is customised, because no two families are the same. Our job is to translate how you want to live into a home.

Transparency

Clear process, no hidden costs

Clear communication, clear pricing and timelines — no false promises, from the first meeting to handover.

Our Team

The people behind every project.

Engineers, architects and coordinators who plan, design and build your home — together, under one roof.
