Clients often focus on how a building will look โ the elevation, the facade material, the balcony design. But the structural drawing is what keeps that building standing for the next 50 years.
A proper structural drawing specifies column sizes, beam depths, footing dimensions and reinforcement detail, calculated against the actual load the building will carry. Skipping this step, or using a generic drawing not matched to your soil and load conditions, is the single most common cause of cracks, settlement and costly repair work later.
